1. Returns Window
Runstar offers a 3-day return period from the date of collection or delivery.
If more than 3 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
3. Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) Orders
All Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) purchases are final and non-refundable.
Customers are required to inspect items at the time of delivery or collection before making payment. Once payment is completed, the sale is considered final.
4. Exchanges (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)
We will gladly exchange items if they are:
- Defective, or
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only processed if:
- The return meets our eligibility requirements
- The item passes inspection
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
- C.O.D orders are not eligible for refunds
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Returns requested after the 3-day period
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
7. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval and return instructions
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
8. Shipping & Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
9. Consumer Protection Notice (South Africa)
This policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, which allows returns for defective or incorrect goods.
However, for correctly supplied goods, Runstar limits returns to the conditions outlined above, including the 3-day return window and exclusion of C.O.D refunds.
